About ROHARA

ROHARA Holdings LLC is a U.S.-based global procurement and supply chain company. We help American businesses source reliable products globally, qualify and verify suppliers, manage procurement processes, coordinate OEM and private label manufacturing, and arrange international logistics — from consultation through final delivery.

ROHARA Holdings LLC is headquartered in Michigan, USA. We are a U.S.-registered limited liability company, operating under U.S. business standards and law. Our team provides American-based oversight and communication while managing global supplier relationships on behalf of our clients.

No. ROHARA is a global procurement and supply chain company. While China is one of our sourcing markets, we work with manufacturers in India, Vietnam, Mexico, Turkey, Europe, and other global manufacturing hubs. Our approach matches your product requirements with the most appropriate sourcing market — not a single-country default.

ROHARA works with businesses across a broad size range — from emerging companies building their first global supply chain to established mid-market enterprises and large distributors optimizing existing procurement operations. Our services scale to match your procurement volume and complexity.

Our Services

ROHARA offers six core service lines: (1) Global Product Sourcing, (2) Supplier Verification & Qualification, (3) OEM & Private Label Manufacturing, (4) Procurement Management, (5) International Logistics & Coordination, and (6) Government Contract Support. Many clients engage ROHARA for multiple services as part of an integrated procurement engagement.

Yes. ROHARA can manage the complete procurement cycle from supplier identification through international logistics and final delivery. This integrated approach eliminates handoff gaps between service providers and gives you one point of contact and accountability across the entire process.

Both. ROHARA provides strategic procurement consulting — strategy development, supplier audits, supply chain design — as well as hands-on procurement execution: managing supplier searches, coordinating orders, monitoring production, and arranging logistics. Clients can engage us for either or both, depending on their needs.

Sourcing & Suppliers

Our primary sourcing markets currently include China, India, Vietnam, Mexico, Turkey, and expanding European networks. We continuously evaluate new sourcing markets as global manufacturing landscapes evolve. For each client engagement, we identify the most appropriate sourcing geography based on your product requirements, cost objectives, and supply chain risk considerations.

ROHARA has experience sourcing across industrial components, chemical raw materials, construction materials, consumer goods, agricultural products, automotive components, hospitality equipment, pool and water treatment products, and general merchandise. We assess capability for specific product categories during the initial consultation.

ROHARA leverages established supplier networks built over a decade of international procurement experience, combined with targeted supplier research using our established international trade channels and manufacturer databases. We evaluate multiple potential suppliers before presenting qualified options to clients.

This depends on the product category and market availability. Typically, we present two to four qualified supplier options, with a summary of each supplier's capabilities, pricing profile, and strategic fit. You make the final selection; ROHARA then manages the relationship with your chosen supplier.

Supplier Verification

Our supplier verification covers: business registration and license review, production capacity assessment, quality certification review (ISO and applicable industry certifications), factory infrastructure evaluation, financial stability indicators, export history and experience, sample product evaluation, and reference verification where available. The result is a documented supplier profile before any procurement commitment is made.

Yes. If you have identified suppliers through your own research or platforms like Alibaba, ROHARA can conduct due diligence verification on those suppliers before you commit to an order. This reduces the risk of engaging with misrepresented manufacturers.

Yes. For clients who engage ROHARA for ongoing procurement management, we provide continuous supplier performance monitoring — tracking delivery reliability, quality consistency, communication responsiveness, and pricing competitiveness. We proactively identify performance issues and address them before they become supply chain disruptions.

OEM Manufacturing

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) involves manufacturing a product to your specific design, specifications, and intellectual property — with your brand applied. Private label involves manufacturing an existing product design with your brand applied. ROHARA supports both approaches: we manage factory selection, product development, sampling cycles, production oversight, and quality inspection for both OEM and private label projects.

OEM project timelines vary significantly based on product complexity, tooling requirements, sample revision cycles, and production volume. Simple private label projects can be completed in 60–90 days from factory selection to shipment. Complex OEM projects involving custom tooling and multiple sample revisions may require 120–180+ days. We provide timeline estimates during the initial consultation based on your specific project scope.

ROHARA advises on IP protection measures as part of OEM engagement structuring — including Non-Disclosure Agreements with manufacturing partners, design registration considerations, and manufacturing agreement terms. We recommend that clients register applicable IP (patents, trademarks, designs) in key manufacturing markets as appropriate.

Logistics & Import

ROHARA coordinates ocean freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, import documentation preparation, customs clearance support, freight forwarder selection, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and final delivery coordination. We work with established freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliant, efficient import logistics.

ROHARA coordinates customs clearance by working with licensed U.S. Customs Brokers on your behalf. We prepare and organize the required import documentation, ensure correct HTS classification, and manage the process to minimize customs delays. The licensed customs broker files the formal entry with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Incoterms are internationally recognized trade terms that define who bears the cost and risk of international shipments at each stage of transit. Common Incoterms include FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). ROHARA provides Incoterms guidance as part of our logistics coordination, helping you understand the cost and risk implications of different shipping arrangements.

Working With ROHARA

The first step is scheduling a free consultation where we discuss your procurement goals, product requirements, timeline, and budget. This conversation allows us to assess whether and how ROHARA can best support your needs. Following the consultation, we develop a tailored proposal. Use the "Schedule a Consultation" button on any page to get started.

ROHARA's fee structure varies by service type and engagement scope. Service fees are discussed transparently during the consultation process, and our proposals clearly outline all costs before any engagement begins. We do not have hidden fees or undisclosed supplier commissions that compromise the objectivity of our recommendations.

For standard product categories within our existing network, initial supplier options can typically be presented within 1–3 weeks of engagement commencement. For specialized or complex product categories requiring broader market research, this may extend to 3–5 weeks. We provide expected timelines for each engagement during the proposal phase.

Government Contracting

Yes. ROHARA provides specialized procurement support for businesses supplying federal, state, and local government agencies. This includes compliance-conscious supplier identification, country of origin documentation, certification and compliance record management, procurement documentation coordination, and support for diverse supplier requirements.

ROHARA is aware of Buy American Act requirements and FAR/DFARS provisions that affect government contractor procurement. We work with clients to identify appropriate sourcing solutions that consider applicable regulatory requirements. For specific legal compliance determinations, we recommend engaging qualified government contracting counsel — ROHARA focuses on the procurement execution aspects.
